Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced social media manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media accounts for businesses, with a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and content marketing. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Content Strategies: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media content strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Create and Schedule Posts: They will create and schedule posts across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
  • Monitor and Respond to Comments: The candidate will monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build community engagement.
  • Track and Analyze Performance Metrics: They will track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay Informed on Social Media Trends: The successful candidate will stay informed on social media trends and platform updates to keep strategies relevant.
  • (Preferred) Plan and Execute Paid Ad Campaigns: They will plan and execute paid ad campaigns to enhance visibility and conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Proven Experience in Social Media Management: The candidate should have a proven track record of managing social media accounts for businesses.
  • Proficiency with Scheduling and Analytics Tools: They should be proficient with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Strong Understanding of Social Media Trends: The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and content marketing.
  • Excellent Communication and Copywriting Skills: They should possess excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to Analyze Data: The candidate should be able to analyze data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
