Key Responsibilities
  • BUILDING WEBSITES FROM SCRATCH: Develop new websites using the Squarespace platform, applying modern design principles and best practices for typography, color theory, and layout.
  • COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION: Work closely with clients and project managers to understand and implement design and functional requirements, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results on time.
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure websites are fully functional, responsive, and optimized for different devices.
Qualifications
  • EXPERIENCE WITH SQUARESPACE: A proven track record of developing websites using the Squarespace platform, with a portfolio that showcases proficiency in its native design features, templates, and e-commerce functionality.
  • DEEP PROFICIENCY IN DESIGN: Strong understanding of modern design principles and best practices for creating visually compelling websites.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with clients.
  • ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
