Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our short and long-term rental properties. This includes overseeing maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

They will also oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

In addition, the successful candidate will lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.

They will prepare financial statements and reports; perform financial analysis; ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

The ideal candidate will identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.

They will drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.

Performing administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
