This role involves providing support for corporate communications, including drafting and distributing a weekly internal newsletter using Mailchimp and Canva. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and communications, with strong administrative skills to manage data-heavy tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, design, and distribute a weekly internal newsletter.
- Support the rollout and ongoing content management of the company SharePoint intranet.
- Prepare engaging internal communications with a clear, professional tone.
- Organise, edit, and repurpose content provided by multiple internal teams.
- Assist in creating and maintaining branded templates and digital comms assets.
- Leverage AI tools to generate draft content and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Background in corporate communications or marketing.
- Proven experience with Marketing.
- Experience preparing newsletters, intranet content, or corporate announcements.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with fleet/asset management systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, Canva.
