Job Summary

The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR functions for our clients, review and monitor policies, processes, systems, and other initiatives.

  • Manage employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolutions
  • Align HR initiatives with business needs, including supporting employee and leadership development, succession planning
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee HR functions for clients, review and monitor all policies, processes, systems, and other initiatives

  • Build relationships as a trusted HR advisor to key client stakeholders
  • Proactively identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Leverage technology and HRIS to streamline workflow and increase productivity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field
  • At least 7 years of experience managing diverse HR teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience supporting public accounting or professional services firms
  • Multi-state and/or site support experience
