As a Category Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy Sales Volume and Revenue for the store while meeting supplier targets and agreements. This role involves negotiating and collaborating with principal suppliers to ensure optimal assortment, pricing, availability, and visibility of products.

You will also ensure standards in pricing, plans, programs, and category activities to grow the market, including wholesale innovations that improve growth, penetration, usage, and frequency of purchase in the category.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field and at least 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in merchandising in the retail industry.
