This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Marketing Campaigns by collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Support content efforts by writing copy for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage company social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends and analytics.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing materials inventory.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing software).
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently manage multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

 

Software Used:

  • Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Previous internship or work experience in marketing or related field.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data analysis.
  • Passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
