Are you a creative and analytical professional seeking a challenging role in digital marketing? We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our team.
This is a remote position that requires a high level of expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and trends, as well as excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max. They will also conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to ensure high-quality, relevant ads.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Digital Marketing Specialist will continuously optimize campaigns for performance, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, A/B testing, and quality score improvements. They will also monitor and troubleshoot issues related to campaign delivery, ad disapprovals, or policy violations.
Performance Analysis & ReportingThe Digital Marketing Specialist will use tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio to track KPIs and campaign metrics. They will create and deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
They will also analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and support decision-making. Additionally, they will provide performance forecasts, projections, and budgeting guidance based on campaign goals.
Strategy & ExecutionThe Digital Marketing Specialist will develop Google Ads strategies aligned with client objectives and sales funnels. They will propose new campaign opportunities or formats to improve reach and conversions.
They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution and message alignment. Moreover, they will recommend improvements to landing pages to increase Quality Score and conversion rates.
Tool & Platform UtilizationThe Digital Marketing Specialist will effectively use Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, Conversion Tracking, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools. They will manage integrations with Google Merchant Center, YouTube, or CRM systems as needed.
Additionally, they will set up and validate conversion tracking, event tracking, and UTM parameters to ensure accurate data collection.
Industry KnowledgeThe Digital Marketing Specialist will stay informed about market developments and opportunities within the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
They will keep abreast of digital marketing techniques and trends to inform strategy and decision-making. Furthermore, they will share industry knowledge openly and regularly with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, or Performance Max).
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results (e.g. ROAS, CPC, CPA improvements).
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or others) is a strong advantage.
- Proficient with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
- Highly organized, particularly with digital collaboration tools like Google Drive and Asana.
- Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
