Marketing Specialist Opportunity

This role involves delivering impactful marketing solutions to drive business growth. We seek a skilled professional with expertise in digital marketing, brand design, and lead operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows, and analytics, as well as strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design. Additionally, they should be confident in creating and formatting blogs, case studies, and social posts, and comfortable researching leads via LinkedIn, scoring, and preparing for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality newsletters and campaigns, including reporting on performance metrics.
  • Create and publish engaging social content, collaborate with the video editor, write and format blog posts, and produce case studies.
  • Import leads from Predictive Index (Salesforce) and research ICP fit, providing lead scoring and notes for the Business Development Manager.
  • Maintain a brand asset library and ensure all visuals are high-quality and aligned, while also creating sales enablement collateral.
  • Submit monthly marketing performance reports and recommend optimization or creative experimentation ideas.
