Job Summary:

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing, including experience with Google platforms, social media marketing tools, and website editing. Additionally, they should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, enabling them to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Digital Campaign Management: Create, schedule, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless execution and effective ROI.
  • Campaign Analytics: Perform regular analytics and reporting using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Tag Manager to optimize campaign performance.
  • Platform Support: Provide support for SEO and content optimization strategies across web and social platforms, driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Personal Assistant & Admin Support: Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, track deadlines, and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven knowledge of Google platforms (SEO, Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager) and familiarity with Shopify and social media marketing tools.
  • Technical Skills: Competency in website editing, HTML, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay proactive.
Bonus Skills:
  • SEO or SEM Best Practices
  • Graphic Design or Basic Video Editing
