Job Title: Strategic Product Leader

As a key member of our team, the Strategic Product Leader will be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable product plans and driving successful execution from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration, balance business objectives with user needs, and champion innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate a clear product execution strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring priorities are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend assessments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Set and track key product KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and inform decision-making.
  • Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and compelling narratives.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business, technical, and design teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept, design, and development to launch and post-release optimization.
  • Oversee customer discovery, user research, and data analysis initiatives to continuously improve the product.
  • Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and support teams to refine product direction.
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in existing products.
  • Ensure product managers and cross-functional teams operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor for junior product managers, sharing best practices and insights.
