We are seeking an accomplished Head of Marketing to lead our high-impact marketing function driving awareness, demand, and customer loyalty. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution ensuring campaigns, messaging, and brand presence contribute to business growth.
The successful candidate will be the voice of the brand in the market shaping its positioning while aligning closely with business development and product teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to growth, retention, and revenue objectives.
- Mentor and inspire a small agile team fostering creativity accountability and high performance.
- Owning messaging and thought leadership to differentiate Dashboard Insights in the SaaS market.
- Scaled inbound and outbound acquisition via SEO SEM paid campaigns social and email marketing.
- Partner with business development to strengthen lead generation nurturing and conversion.
- Develop case studies communities and advocacy programs to showcase client success.
- Define KPIs track ROI and refine strategies through a data-first approach.
- Lead ad hoc marketing initiatives to support evolving business priorities.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
- Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
- Strong leadership with experience managing small high-impact teams.
- Strategic yet hands-on comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller simplifying complex SaaS products into compelling narratives.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot Salesforce Google Analytics and related tools.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced high-growth environments with agility and adaptability.
Preferred:
- Background in analytics BI or data-focused SaaS.
- Knowledge of the Australian SaaS market and experience scaling globally.
- Experience in building customer advocacy or thought leadership programs.
