Job Title: Product Director

This is a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs, customer requirements, and technological capabilities in product development and management.

The Product Director will lead the design of solutions for Wireless Network, including 5G NR, LTE, UMTS, and monitoring systems, ensuring technical competitiveness, commercial competitiveness, and deliverability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wireless solution design, product strategy, and road mapping.
  • Responsible for Bill of Quotation (BOQ), product beta testing, and extensive customer-centric communication to ensure business success.
  • Work closely with Key Account Department in analyzing customer needs, identifying opportunities for new solutions or improvements to existing ones.
  • Produce competitive technical solutions and pricing for project winning, deliver formal technical proposals and solution presentations to key customers.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Customer teams through active customer engagement, workshop arrangement, POC, and respond to RFP/RFQ/RFI.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or Electrical Engineering (EE).
  • 5-10 years of experience in solution sales or sales architecture in the ICT industry.
  • Fundamental knowledge of ICT products and services.
  • Good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
