Job Overview

The Project Engineer plays a crucial role in the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality residential housing projects. This key position oversees construction activities, directs on-site personnel, and provides technical support to ensure smooth implementation of engineering plans and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement engineering designs, ensuring construction follows plans and specifications.
  • Provide technical support to field crews, including survey staking, layouting, and elevation controls.
  • Oversee quality control of construction works, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Conduct material testing and coordinate QA/QC inspections for both land development and housing units.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or background in Construction Management.
  • At least 6 years of experience in project or site engineering, preferably in mass housing or residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of civil/structural construction methods and terminologies.
  • Ability to lead teams, work collaboratively, and resolve issues efficiently.
