Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead process transformation and drive business growth through strategic system development.

This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in process analysis and improvement, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives across the firm, collaborating with legal teams, intake specialists, client experience managers, and technology partners to streamline workflows, remove inefficiencies, and implement impactful solutions that align with our long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable processes that drive client satisfaction and business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
  • Analyze data to inform process improvements and measure their effectiveness
  • Design and implement process maps and models to optimize workflows
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless process implementation
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proven experience in process mapping and modeling techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
