Job Title:

A Dynamic Digital Transformation Leader is sought to drive strategic growth through people-centric initiatives.

  • About the Role:
  • Design and implement digital solutions to streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance employee experience.
  • Leverage analytics and KPIs to inform business decisions and drive results-oriented strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy employee-centric initiatives that promote engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge management strategy to capture, organize, share, and promote self-service culture across the organization.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Analyze user data and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to generate high-quality knowledge resources and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in psychology, engineering, systems, or any other related field. Additionally, you should have a strong background in HR and IT, with 8+ years of experience in leading HR Service Delivery Centers, knowledge of compliance reports, analytics, KPIs, SLA, OKRs, and managing people.

You will need to have exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, excellent project management skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. It would be beneficial if you have experience in deploying employee-centric initiatives, certified PM or Agile PM, or have worked in global high-tech industries, e-commerce, or consultant firms.
