Job Title: Contact Center Trainer

This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that equip agents with the skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging training content, developing training materials, and conducting onboarding sessions for new hires and existing agents.
  • A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred, along with 2+ years of experience as a trainer in a BPO or high-volume contact center.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

We are looking for a professional who can maintain accurate training records, prepare reports for stakeholders, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience as a trainer in a BPO or high-volume contact center.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center platforms.
Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
