About the Job

  • Lead the HR Function: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives, ensuring the HR function contributes significantly to business growth.
  • Manage HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, retention, and employee development initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to secure top-tier talent, ensuring the company has the right people in place to meet future goals.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations with fairness and transparency while ensuring compliance with all legal regulations, maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Culture & Diversity: Foster a culture that reflects the company's core values and promotes diversity and inclusion, while implementing recognition programs that celebrate top performers and boost morale.

The Successful Candidate

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; master's preferred. 15+ years in HR leadership, with 5+ years in senior management, ideally in the financial sector.
  • HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse, high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Communication: Outstanding communicator, able to engage with employees, management, and external stakeholders with clarity and impact.
