This role will focus on identifying, screening, and interviewing candidates from the Media sector, building and managing talent pools proactively, and utilizing multiple recruitment tools and search methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and source high-quality candidates for client roles.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  3. Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  4. Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding processes.
  5. Act as a daily conduit with the Talent International digital recruitment team to leverage a wider candidate base.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A background of working across international roles, specifically the Australian market.
  • Knowledge of recruitment research and headhunting techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A high attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity.
  • An excellent work ethic and desire for continued learning.
