This position will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
- Sourcing of candidates through various mediums and platforms.
- Connecting with potential candidates to meet the talent requirements of assigned business units.
- Screening and endorsing shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
- Verification of candidate records considered for hiring.
- Conducting job offer, hiring, and pre-onboarding processes.
- Supporting performance management cycles, including mid-year and annual appraisals.
- Providing feedback to employees on their performance and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Ensuring that performance appraisal feedback is constructive and timely.
- Collaborating with the HR Assistant Manager to analyze data related to employee movement, absenteeism, and turnover.
- Contributing to retention strategies to address any challenges.
- Assisting with payroll processing and other ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT, Retail, Service, or FMCG sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, articulate, and highly personable.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and trustworthy, able to handle confidential information.
- Diligent, organized, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and online virtual platforms.
