We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the administration of legal services in the estate planning industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage existing open files by converting them into structured projects, identifying key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines
- Maintain internal status review documentation to track progress and ensure accountability
- Develop and maintain external status review documentation for client-facing updates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively delivering file updates with a consistent communication cadence
- Coordinate with legal staff and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines
- Recent hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination, office administration, or operations
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-friendly tone
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work
This role offers the opportunity to work with a solo legal practice specializing in estate planning and related services. Familiarity with legal terminology or document workflows is an added advantage.
