Job Description:

As a Contact Centre Associate –, you will be responsible for answering phone calls from our HSBC customers in a polite and friendly way, instilling customer confidence and resolving customer's issues at first contact where possible.

You will deliver what is promised in line with customer expectations, offer value-added products and services based on customer needs analysis, and ensure customer understanding of those products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to basic inbound customer calls by keeping up-to-date on training and internal communications.
  2. Generate customer loyalty through strong knowledge of key products and services.
  3. Own and resolve issues and understand how and when to escalate.
  4. Act as a role model for our Group Values and Behaviours (Open, Connected, Dependable), supporting colleagues and customers to deliver superior customer service through these values.
  5. Value diversity amongst team.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma.
  • Amenable to work in Quezon City.
  • Applicants should have full Philippines working rights.
  • Hybrid set-up after training.
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Excellent communication skills needed (English).
