Customer Service Representative Wanted for Pioneer Healthcare
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for the Pioneer Healthcare account. As a Healthcare Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to customers, helping them with their inquiries and needs related to our client's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by responding to calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Interact with customers to provide information and assistance on our client's products and services over the phone.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Two years of college or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience in an International Voice Account setting.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Excellent customer orientation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
