We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Professional to join our team. As a Key Account Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
- You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take ownership of their accounts and drive business success. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- You will be responsible for analyzing client operations and recommending dashboard solutions that meet their goals.
- You will deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of dashboards.
- You will build long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
- You will proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
- You will resolve client issues promptly and work with internal teams to prevent recurrence.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience a plus).
- Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with international clients.
