
Driving Business Success in Southeast Asia

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth and Partnerships Lead to drive strategic partnerships and business growth in Southeast Asia.
The successful candidate will establish relationships with key decision-makers of training organizations, universities, language schools, and other industry players. They will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for our portfolio, building and managing a strong pipeline of leads and key accounts, and forging high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers in the education sector.
- Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to each country's unique language education landscape
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales and channel partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global product and marketing teams to drive local adaptation and growth
- Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate qualification is a plus)
- 10+ years' experience in business development, ideally in the education, EdTech, or certification sectors
- Proven success in consultative B2B sales and partnership development
- Deep understanding of the language learning and assessment landscape in Southeast Asia, including key stakeholders, regulatory environments, and market trends
- Experience in working across diverse cultural contexts and multi-country portfolios
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
