Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Business Development at TrainoSHAP located in Muntinlupa City. The Account Executive will help execute sales and marketing strategies to customers and will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs by building strong relationships and developing client rapport. The Business Development will also be responsible for maintaining current client relationships and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Proven track record and extensive knowledge in sales techniques and methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and insights
  • Salesforce experience or other CRM knowledge
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
