We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/Business Development Specialist to join our team at Quadsys, a leading pallet manufacturing, sales, and rental company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, growing our customer base, and maximizing revenue through effective sales and business development strategies. This role is crucial to expanding our market presence and ensuring the continued success of our sales, rental and other services related to the pallet manufacturing business.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Demonstrated expertise in business-to-business (B2B) sales.

Can develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their features, functionality, and technical specifications.

A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Good command of the English language - to facilitate effective client interaction and meticulous review and revision of contracts.

Effective handling of complaints and customer issues.

Sales skills, including market analysis and finding potential clients.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)

Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

Knowledge in using CRM and sales tracking tools.

Willingness to do fieldwork (travel as required)

Driver's license (automatic and/or manual 4-wheel vehicle)
