Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base by developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and leading presentations and negotiations. While the position is based in Pasig, the Business Development Manager has the flexibility to work remotely for some of the week.
Qualifications- Experience in B2B sales, account management, and/or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead presentations and negotiations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the BPO industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
