Business Development Representative be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

A Business Development Representative is expected to:
.Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
.Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database
.Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
.Outbound Telemarketing
.Appointment Setting
.Qualifying fresh leads
.Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommendthe right solution to solve the customer's problem
.Ensuring that all leads are well managed and meeting sourcing targets

What it takes to be part of our team:
.At least 2-3 years related experience
.Strong to excellent English communications skills (written and oral)
.Pro-active and self-motivated
.Can handle pressure in a Sales environment set up
.Outbound dialing is a plus
