Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas
Salary: PHP 40,000 to 45,000

Navigate HR Horizons:
  • Provide advice and oversee the provision of advice by the HR Coordinators in employee relation matters to managers and colleagues, ensuring alignment with current NCP ER Policy and delivery in a professional and impartial manner with clear guidelines and outcomes.
  • Offer advice, assist with arranging, and support disciplinary and grievance hearings within policy frameworks, producing relevant correspondence using Company standard documentation, and preparing all relevant documentation to create case files.
  • Support in the delivery of the HR elements of organizational and cultural change activities, such as re-structures, including collaboration with HR Coordinators in preparing necessary paperwork and tracking relevant actions.
  • Report on all HR activity within the relevant business area, producing key statistics for KPI packs and to support other information requests, such as tracking potential tribunal costs.
  • Assist with any ad hoc project work as required.
  • Assist with the management of cases of long-term sickness absences, including the management of occupational health reports.
  • Ensure that all employee files comply with the guidelines in the Data Protection Act and are fully up to date with all the relevant paperwork required.
  • Support HR Coordinators with any administrative queries, quality check documentation to ensure accuracy, and provide advice on correct T&C's and any contractual issues.
  • Advise and guide line managers on the onboarding process, support with the organization of company inductions, and introduce HR processes and procedures to line managers up to Grade 3.
  • Review and maintain standard HR documents, ensuring they are fit for purpose, accurate, and relevant and match the TOV of NCP.
  • Review and recommend changes to HR policy or procedures in line with legislative changes.
  • Responsible for reviewing and recommending changes to the HR content on Engage.
  • Support the annual engagement survey launch.
