Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a specialization in Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals. They will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to making hiring decisions. Additionally, the HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters and contribute to the overall success of the organization through effective talent management practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external recruitment partners.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate assessment, and selection criteria.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent management and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment law compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters.
