Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Unit Manager for our High End Townhouse Development in Muntinlupa. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific unit or department within the company. This includes managing a team, handling customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and monitoring performance metrics. The role will be primarily based in Muntinlupa City with flexibility for some remote work.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry or related field
  • Knowledge of local housing regulations and market trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications or professional qualifications
  • Broker license is a plus
  • Must have experience dealing with the high end Market.
