Description:

  • Will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Will play a crucial role in recruiting, motivating, training, and guiding the sales team to ensure exceptional performance and meet the company's business objectives.
  • You will undergo mentoring in foundations of Financial Services Industry which includes investment management, tax, estate, life insurance, and asset management planning, budgeting and expense management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. 1. Team Leadership:
  • Recruit and onboard new sales team members.
  • Set clear performance goals and targets for the team.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and regular feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  1. 2. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
  • Create and execute plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
  1. 3. Sales Performance Management:
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance to evaluate team and individual performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on sales performance data to drives sales improvement
  1. 4. Relationship Building:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Identify client needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position, leading and managing a group or team.
  • Specialization in Marketing, Financial Services, or any Sales industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in the insurance or financial services sector will be a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies to effectively promote insurance products and services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one, if required) to comply with industry regulations.
