HR GENERALIST (Corp and Payroll)
Salary Range: PHP25000 - PHP30,000/month 
Location: Makati 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primarily assist in managing the recruitment process. HR Associate responsibilities include sourcing candidates online and updating 201 files of employees.
  • Responsible for gathering and compiling timesheet data from employees across departments. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of employees' timekeeping.
  • Manually encode time sheets and Daily Time Records of employees for payroll reference.
  • Prepares tardiness monitoring and submits to HR Manager every 3rd day of the month.
  • Keep in file the approved SL/VL forms, OB forms, and OT forms of employees for reference.
  • Receives and processes requests for regularization, lateral and inter-affiliate transfer, and promotion of employees.
  • Gives endorsement for computation of separation pay to accounting.
  • Attends to employees' concerns.
  • Assist the HR Manager in other HR processes and performs other related tasks as instructed.
  • Maintains historical human resources records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Compliance to DOLE reports and manage compensation and benefits.
  • Do administrative works such as issuance of company uniform, work tools and health care kit.
  • Monitor inventory and requisition of health care kit and medicines.
  • Perform any task or instructions maybe given by the employer.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • AB Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resources Development Management graduate or any related 4-year course.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate, and knowledgeable in Microsoft office specifically EXCEL.
  • Must be a team player, and flexible.
  • Sense of commitment.
  • Diligent with great attention to detail, positive working attitude, and customer service oriented.
Experience:
• Human Resources Generalist: 2 years (Required)
• Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
• Employee management: 1 year (Preferred)
