HR Executive (Contract)
Job Descriptions:
- Assists in tracking and monitoring employment requirements of new hires/ Resigned employee, making sure they are submitted and completed within the given time.
- Managing the benefits administration
- Assists in the maintenance of Employee 201 files and official records.
- Assists in checking/reviewing 201 files in preparation for audit.
- Updates HR trackers and databases.
- Responsible for the protection of employee personal and sensitive information that he/she may have access to in the performance of his/her duties.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices.
- Previous working experience as HR Generalist and/or Specialist for at least 2 years
- High sense of ownership, customer orientation and adaptive to change.
- Goal-driven, self-starter and a team player
- Ability to maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Can work well with multiple demands and deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years. related experience working in a similar position or as HR Generalist and/or HR Specialist.
- Immediate available is highly appreciated
