Business Development Specialist

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the outsourcing and business incubation sector
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively navigate the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for sales tracking and pipeline management.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to embrace change and drive continuous improvement.
