Business Development Representative | Cebu, Philippines

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with sales and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setter and Leads Generation
  • Previous experience selling Staffing services to US based companies.
  • Hunter Sales Mentality (track record of generating interest, which leads to new logos)
  • Comfortable being held to daily, weekly, monthly KPI metrics (heavy outbound activities)
  • Previous industry experience within IT, Engineering or Healthcare would be ideal.
  • Have a strong personality and comfortable asking exploratory questions.
  • Comfortable and willing to follow defined sales process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the Sales Business
  • 3-5 years experience in Sales Management
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Exceptional English Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: PHP 26,000 to PHP 45,000 per month

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift (40hours/week)
  • Monday to Thursday (4days/week)
  • Night shift (8pm-6am)
