Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through various channels.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize lead-generation strategies and campaigns.

Account Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Senior Venture Builder to align strategies and achieve collective goals.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, account management progress, and key performance indicators.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

Professional Development:

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and continually enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
