  • Responding to emails or Facebook messages
  • Processing of Delivery Receipts, Material's Requisition and other forms
  • List of Commitments
  • Pricing / sending of pricelist and quotations
  • Sole distributorship (upon request)
  • Tracking of Delivery Waybills
  • Following up client if there are pull-outs 60 days after they received the books.
  • Filing and organizing. Sorting documents and other stuff.
  • Monitoring Sales Form Inventory such as Delivery Receipt (DR), Material Requisition (MR), Packing List (PL).
  • Perform other duties that maybe assigned
