- Answering calls mostly from agents and or clients regarding their order, pricing, and complaints.
- Responding to emails or Facebook messages
- Processing of Delivery Receipts, Material's Requisition and other forms
- List of Commitments
- Pricing / sending of pricelist and quotations
- Sole distributorship (upon request)
- Tracking of Delivery Waybills
- Following up client if there are pull-outs 60 days after they received the books.
- Filing and organizing. Sorting documents and other stuff.
- Monitoring Sales Form Inventory such as Delivery Receipt (DR), Material Requisition (MR), Packing List (PL).
- Perform other duties that maybe assigned
