Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager at Coronis Health in Pasig. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Customer satisfaction, customer service management, and customer support skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Prior experience in a customer service management role preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Healthcare experience is a PLUS.
