-Respond to and resolve any support queries in a timely manner ensuring the exceptional customer experience
-Proactively prioritize, action, and/or escalate support issues based on processes set by the Customer Care Manager
-Troubleshoot new issues and share/ document learnings with the wider team through Playbooks and guides
-Escalate product bugs to the Engineering team and remain across the bug until resolved
-Support the proactive building of self-help Playbooks and guides made available to HungryHungry clients
-Provide clear and exceptional communication to customers to help resolve issues themselves (when possible) to reduce support issues
-Support wider Customer Success function with ad hoc support such as integrations, complex onboarding issues, and POS troubleshooting
-Support and guide customers with billing inquiries
-Coordinating troubleshooting efforts with Ordermate and other integration partners
-Manage printer and tablet repairs, ship off replacement or repair devices, and complete repair and warranty claims process with suppliers
