Technical Customer Care is responsible in handling cases thru email and phone; Managing incoming calls; Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Job Description:
• In charge of handling all incidents with ongoing Maintenance Agreement and oversees aging & priority cases.
• Responsible to assist in providing recommendation and possible solutions for escalated issues and concerns.
• In charge of assistance that is provided to customers and clients who needs and require help with technical products such as hardware and software.
• Provides outstanding customer service by identifying and assessing customers’ needs, inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
• Supervise to help customers and clients resolve technical problems associated with a product or service.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related.
• Must have experience in Customer Care/Service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in English language.
• Preferably has passion for technology and eager to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
