We are looking for an innovative, ambitious, team player to join our team as an HR Generalist to facilitate all key HR functions and programs. Your Focus:

  • Supporting first-line managers with HR-related inquiries;
  • Administer employee records including enrolments, changes, benefits, and terminations;
  • Keep the HRIS system up to date and in line with internal processes;
  • Assist with new-employee background checks;
  • Play an active role in the onboarding and separation process;
  • Take the lead in delivering induction training for new joiners in Cebu, ensuring that new employees receive comprehensive onboarding, serve as a deputy induction trainer for Malta in the absence of the primary trainer;
  • Be a vital part of the group HR Team with your contribution to the implementation of the Group HR roadmap;
  • Together with HRBP, drive performance & and development programs in assigned areas.

Your Background:

  • You have a sound and up-to-date knowledge of local labor law;
  • Knowledge about payroll processes
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in the HR field;
  • Experienced user of MS Office and HRIS;
  • You are open to learning new things and have the desire to drive change forward;
  • Goal-oriented with organizational skills;
  • You are a strong communicator.
