Job Description
A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a role within a sales team that focuses on generating and qualifying leads for the sales department. The primary responsibility of an SDR is to reach out to potential customers and initiate conversations to identify their needs, qualify their interest, and set up meetings or appointments for the sales team.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to identify key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Outreach, Seamless, SalesIntel, & Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
