*Formulate and implement strategies for the acquisition of new clients and retention of existing ones; build strategic partnerships to increase profitability of the business.
*Hold meetings with prospective clients for presentation of business proposal; attend events and conduct oculars in order to gain prospects.
*Identify the needs of prospective clients and tailor-fit the company’s services to their needs.
*Understand the pain points of existing clients and do a monthly business analysis to be reviewed by the HR department head.
*Submit quarterly business reviews and annual report for review and approval by the HR department head.
*Develop and review policies and processes to meet the demands of the business.
*Initiate and partake in key HR projects to support the achievement of the HR strategy.
*Partner with the Legal Department to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks in relation to running the business.
*Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
