Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the insurance, banking, or financial services industry.
- Experience sourcing for sales roles, such as Financial Advisors, Financial Solution Consultants, or Bancassurance Sales Executives, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with competency-based interviewing techniques, behavioral interviews, and sales aptitude screening.
- Proficiency in using job portals, social media sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook), and other talent sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of insurance sales metrics, ideal candidate profiles, and field work nature of bancassurance roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to engage with candidates at all levels.
- Willingness to do field recruitment (job fairs, branch visits) when needed.
