Talent Acquisition Project SpecialistWork Setup: Full OnsiteSchedule: Night Shift | Monday to FridayLocation: BGC, TaguigROLE OVERVIEW The Talent Acquisition Project Specialist oversees and coordinates recruitment-related projects to ensure streamlined and effective hiring processes. This position involves close collaboration with stakeholders, management of project timelines, and execution of talent acquisition strategies, including the use and evaluation of various recruitment tools and vendor partnerships. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field1 to 2 years of experience working with talent acquisition vendors.With prior background in recruitment or HR project coordinationStrong skills in organization and time managementExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR platformsDetail-oriented with solid data analysis and evaluation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with vendors and internal TA team members to manage recruitment tools like ATS, assessment platforms, and sourcing solutionsDevelop and oversee recruitment project timelines, setting milestones and deliverablesAlign with hiring managers and recruitment teams to define project goals and expectationsTrack project development and share timely updates with key stakeholdersMaintain records of expenses related to recruitment tools and vendor servicesReview and confirm accuracy of vendor invoices; coordinate with Finance to address discrepanciesAnalyze talent acquisition tool usage and performance metrics to improve efficiencySupport cross-functional projects and talent acquisition initiativesContribute to the development and implementation of employer branding and marketing campaigns to attract candidatesCarry out additional tasks as assigned
