The Business Development Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the growth and expansion initiatives of the company. This position involves assisting the Business Development Manager in research, planning, client communication, and administrative tasks to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis
o Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
o Prepare reports and presentations based on findings.
o Assist in identifying new markets and business opportunities.
2. Client Relationship Support
o Maintain and update client databases and contact lists.
o Assist in communicating with potential and existing clients.
o Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups as needed.
3. Administrative Support
o Organize and schedule meetings with potential partners or clients.
o Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action points.
o Maintain documentation and records related to business development activities.
4. Proposal and Documentation Assistance
o Assist in drafting and formatting business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
o Ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with company standards.
5. Event and Campaign Coordination
o Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and networking activities.
o Coordinate marketing campaigns to promote business initiatives.
6. Collaborative Tasks
o Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on business development strategies.
o Support team projects and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications and Skills
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a similar role is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Attributes:
o Detail-oriented and proactive.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
o Can do fieldworks
