The Business Development Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the growth and expansion initiatives of the company. This position involves assisting the Business Development Manager in research, planning, client communication, and administrative tasks to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.Key Responsibilities1.Market Research and AnalysisoConduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.oPrepare reports and presentations based on findings.oAssist in identifying new markets and business opportunities.2.Client Relationship SupportoMaintain and update client databases and contact lists.oAssist in communicating with potential and existing clients.oPrepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups as needed.3.Administrative SupportoOrganize and schedule meetings with potential partners or clients.oPrepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action points.oMaintain documentation and records related to business development activities.4.Proposal and Documentation AssistanceoAssist in drafting and formatting business proposals, contracts, and agreements.oEnsure all documentation is accurate and aligned with company standards.5.Event and Campaign CoordinationoSupport the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and networking activities.oCoordinate marketing campaigns to promote business initiatives.6.Collaborative TasksoWork closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on business development strategies.oSupport team projects and contribute to brainstorming sessions.Qualifications and Skills•Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.•Experience:1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a similar role is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.•Skills:oStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.oExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.oProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).oKnowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.•Attributes:oDetail-oriented and proactive.oStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.oAbility to work effectively in a team and independently.oCan do fieldworks
