We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our growth and expansion initiatives at Global Cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
    • Prepare reports and presentations based on findings.
    • Assist in identifying new markets and business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Support:
    • Maintain and update client databases and contact lists.
    • Assist in communicating with potential and existing clients.
    • Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups as needed.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Organize and schedule meetings with potential partners or clients.
    • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action points.
    • Maintain documentation and records related to business development activities.
  • Proposal and Documentation Assistance:
    • Assist in drafting and formatting business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
    • Ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with company standards.
  • Event and Campaign Coordination:
    • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and networking activities.
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns to promote business initiatives.
  • Collaborative Tasks:
    • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on business development strategies.
    • Support team projects and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a similar role is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Attributes:
    • Detail-oriented and proactive.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
    • Can do fieldworks.
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
